Pilates isn't just for the wealthy and elite. It isn't just for people with a background in dance. Nor should it be a form of exercise that is not available to everyone. Many Pilates Studios and Clubs charge exorbitant rates and do not offer full hour sessions. At Pilates One-On-One I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from this unique and effective exercise program. My rates are the lowest in the area and my sessions are an hour long. You get a fully equipped studio and a classically trained teacher with 20 years experience.

Pilates Plus: Combine Pilates with strength training moves. Half the session is Pilates and the other half is High Intensity Interval Training.
Wunda Chair: Great for the advanced student who would like to further challenge their core.
Jumpboard Class: Challenges the core and elevates the heart rate while improving coordination
Barre Workout: This targets all of the muscles in your body. It alternates between deep muscle toning along with intervals of fat blasting cardio techniques.
You may have taken a Pilates mat class at your local gym or club, but to truly experience the Pilates Method you should use the equipment. My studio has a Reformer, Cadillac, Electric Chair, Wunda Chair, Mat and Barrel. The exercises that are done on the apparatus are fun, challenging and produce results.
Pilates has been described as stretching with strength and control. Don't be misled by the word "stretching." You earn that wonderful stretch through the hard work of your muscles while controlling the movement of the equipment. It is an addictive workout that challenges the body while calming the mind.
